Valuation is NOT insurance. Valuation offered by Van Line carriers is carrier contractual liability based on the weight of your household goods. It is established by the California P.U.C as $0.60 per pound per article that is lost or damaged. This limits the moving company from paying out the actual value of an article, in the event of a loss or damage. We are available Monday-Sunday and our general operating hours are 8am-6pm, but we are happy to accommodate special moving hours to that you may request.
Yes! We move most upright pianos, but please talk with us ahead of time so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We do not move baby grand or grand pianos.
For liability reasons, we do not connect or disconnect any water, gas, or electrical appliances.
All misc. items including pictures, collectables, lamp shades, books etc. must be packed and labeled in sealed boxes.

Yes! We move almost all items. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any unique details about your move.
